9) Final Challenge "May 2010"

Since I started blogging at the beginning of the year I published 43 blog posts. And 14 of them being of my own interest and not school related. Only 4 people commented on my blog posts. I didn't have any post's with more than one comment. I liked writing about which country I'd like to visit the most because there are a lot of places I'd like to visit and different things I'd like to see. I didn't change the theme of my blog I left it the same way throughout the year. I have three widgets on my blog, I think i should have had more but i didn't have time. I asked another person to look at my blog and their first impression was that it looked interesting and they wanted to read it. What captured their attention was the pictures. Nothing really distracted them when they looked at my blog. One suggestion they gave me to improve my blog was to have more pictures on it because it catches attention.

8) 5 Awesome Bloggers "April 2010"

1) Logan R. from canada ia a really good blogger. He has a lot of blog posts and all of them have good titles. There also are some good pictures on his blog. 2) Nick W. from Australia is a good blogger. He has a lot of blog posts, and he has a universal translator and a few other cool things on his blog. 3) Ben F. from the USA is a good blogger. His blog looks really cool and he has a lot of good blog posts. He also has a cluster map that tracks where his visitors are from. 4) Scott from Hong Kong is a good blogger. He has a lot of different pictures and different posts about different things on his blog. 5) Ella C. from Hong Kong is a good blogger. Her blog looks cool. She has a box on the side bar that tells how many visitors she has and what country they are from.

7) 5 Blog posts "April 2010"

If you are blogging there are five different blogs that I recommend you to do. I think you should do a post about our environment. What ways do you help out our environment? I think you should make a post telling others what you did over your spring break. You should make a blog post telling weather you think you need a creative commons liscence. Do you want other people from around the world copying your work or not? You should make a post that states what a visitor "must see" if they visited your area. You also should write a post telling weather you think students should put real photos of themselves on their blog.

6) Creative Commons Liscence "April 2010"

I do not think I should have a creative commons liscence for my blog because I dont want other people copying my work. There are people from in my class, teachers, and people from all over the world that I don't even know visiting my blog. And I don't want anyone copying my work so I don't think I need a creative commons liscence.

5) Animal Farm "April 2010"

In class were reading the book Animal Farm right now. I picked this short video because i think it gives you a good idea of what the book is about if you never read it before.

4) Environment "March 2010"

As a student I can do a lot of things to help our environment. I can help recycle and use less things that effect our environment. I can use less water whenever possible and limit my use of anything that can effect the environment. I also can walk or ride bike places rather than driving a car whenever it is possible to limit air pollution.

3) Must See "March 2010"

I live in Wisconsin which is a state in the Midwest part of the United states. The climate changes a lot here in Wisconsin. In the summer it can be over 90 degrees sometimes and in the winter it can be 35 degrees below zero and a lot of snow. If you came to Wisconsin one of the "must see" things is Lambeau Field where the Greenbay Packers play. It is a big stadium that football games are played in. It can hold up to 72,928 people, its huge.

2) Real Photos "March 2010"

I don't think that students should ever put a real photo of themselves on their blog. If they put a real picture on their blog then anyone can view their blog and see what they look like. You never should post real pictures because if there are any wierdo's that look at your blog they can find out what you look like. It is safer to make a avatar or some other kind of fake character rather than posting real photos of yourself.

I think students and classes should visit my blog because they can learn more about me and if there from a different country they can find out what its like in Wisconsin. I think my blog is intresting because it has different things about me. I am not sure about what I am going to be blogging about because I only blog when we get blogging assignments.

Learning

1. The biggest hurdle I encounter in school is reading, because I don't really like reading unless it is something I am really interested in.
2. I enjoy learning about different things in my shop classes and the different tools you can use.
3. If I could learn anything I wanted right now I would want to learn how to fly a plane.
4.When I get out of highschool I want to go to college.
5.Five years from now I see my self finishing college and having a career in something.

Writing

In class we've been writng for the past two months. As a writer I think that i have gotten a little better. Some of the difficulties that I face when I am writing is that I am not the greatest a grammar. Overall I think that my writing is pretty good. One thing I am good at writing about is stories about my life, I think they are easy because I know a lot about it. One thing I struggle with is writing about other stories.

There are lots of places I would like to visit. If I had to pick one place I would probably pick Cancun Mexico. I would pick that location because there is warm weather and i never visited there before. One thing I know about the country is that it is warm and there is nice weather. I would ask them if they liked the warm weather or if they got sick of it after a while.

Basketball

The main thing on my mind is basketball. We need to win the rest of our conference games. We play each team in our conference twice and we already played each team once except one team. We won all of our conference games so far except one. We lost to New London, we knew they were going to be a tough team to beat and we lost by one. The next time we play them is in New London, we have to win that game to win the conference. It is probably going to be the biggest game of the season. We should be able to beat them if we play good.

Winter Break

During winter break one thing fun that I did was go snowmobiling. I went three times over the break with my friends and my family. The first time I went was with some of my friends, we met by my house and went towards black creek, from there we went to freedom and back to seymour. We stopped at walley's in seymour for a while and then we went back home. The second time I went was with my cousin, went all the way to suamico and back. The last time I went was in Antigo. We trailered the snowmobiles up there and rode all day. It was really fun! Another thing I did that was fun was go to a New Years eve party. It was at my cousins house and we stayed up until two o'clock in the morning. Overall the christmas break was really fun!
